With an Engineering degree from Coventry University (2009) and over 15 years of dedicated construction experience in Canada, Pooya brings a distinct technical precision to the world of development. Fully licensed with Pacific Home Warranty, he has successfully delivered projects across British Columbia’s most demanding markets, including North and West Vancouver, Whistler, the Sunshine Coast, and Kelowna.
As the CEO of Buildya, Pooya moves beyond traditional construction by operating at the intersection of development, finance, and execution. He leads the firm with a multidisciplinary approach, ensuring that every project is not only structurally sound but financially intelligent and future-ready.
